How does the partner area work?

The partner area is your central workspace for managing your activity within the Clonable partner program. Here you can view your partner information, manage affiliate links, track your earnings and register leads. The partner area is currently being optimised and expanded to better support partners in managing referrals, clients and revenue.

Where can I find my partner information?

In the Your information section you can view the details connected to your partner account, such as your name, email address and affiliate information. Here you can also see your affiliate shortcode and payout details. Keeping this information up to date helps ensure smooth communication and administration within the partner program.

Where can I find my affiliate links?

In the Affiliate links section you can generate links that are connected to your partner account. You can use these links when referring potential clients to Clonable. When someone signs up through your link, the referral is automatically linked to your account so your commission can be registered.

How do I track my earnings?

The Earnings section shows the commission you generate through the partner program. Here you can see the dates, descriptions and amounts connected to your affiliate earnings. This gives you a clear overview of how your referrals contribute to your revenue.

Where can I find my invoices?

In the Past invoices section you can view the credit notes that Clonable generates for your affiliate earnings. These invoices provide an overview of the commissions that have been processed. You can open and download them for your own financial administration.

What are connected users?

The Connected users section shows which users are linked to your affiliate account. This allows you to see who within your organisation has access to the partner area. For privacy reasons, names are partially masked.

How do I add a lead?

In the Your leads section you can add potential customers directly to Clonable. This allows you to register new opportunities and keep track of potential clients. Adding leads also helps ensure that referrals are linked to your partner account.
